The Vail Mansion, a turn of the century landmark in Morristown NJ was both an historic preservation project for us throughout 4 floors, as well as a restaurant and bar program . Retaining, repairing and highlighting the original landmarked construction while adding clearly new elements that also blended in comfortably was our design agenda. Introducing a commercial kitchen, HVAC, plumbing and lighting systems in this landmark posed significant challenges, which were so nicely resolved by our team.
